Big Balls
Well my wife told me I can't name this photo Big Balls, but I reluctantly did it anyway. I've had my eyes on this POV for a few years, but the fog in Half Moon Bay is relentless to say the least. Saturday morning was looking good, and I went for it. This is Pillar Point just north of Half Moon Bay where the famous surf spot Mavericks is located.
I recently purchased a very old Nikon 600mm F/4 If ED lens on craigslist, and this is my first creation with it. This weekend was perfect for my new lens with the full moon, and I was given three wonderful moon shoots which I hope to share in the near future. This moon was actually 97% full.
